Digitalization is one of the important aspects in today’s age of information. The development of content management and development is in many ways possible with the help of Digital Preservation. Future Content Management and Content Dissemination are possible with healthy and sophisticated Digitalization. Digitalization or Digital Information Service is provided from remote database through interactive communication with the help of communication channels. Digitalization plays an important role both in manual or offline Information Services and Online Information Services. Though it has benefit but deals with certain issues and challenges. Thus, it is essential to find out the way for solving some Digitalization problems. This paper talks about Digital Preservation which includes meaning and nature of Digitalization, characteristics and so on. Paper is also illustrated some way to solve recent problem deals with Digitalization.
