All manuscripts submitted to AJIST undergo editorial screening followed, where appropriate, by double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Special issues, invited papers, and any supplementary content are subject to the same editorial oversight, peer-review standards, and publication-ethics requirements as regular submissions.

AJIST provides immediate and permanent open access to all published content on the journal website. Readers may access, read, download, and share articles free of charge, without subscription or pay-per-view barriers, subject to the terms of the journal’s licence.

AJIST is an open-access journal, and all published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Repository Policy
Authors may deposit submitted, accepted, and published versions of their articles in institutional or other repositories in accordance with the journal’s repository policy. AJIST takes reasonable steps to identify and address research and publication misconduct, including plagiarism, duplicate submission, redundant publication, citation manipulation, image manipulation, data falsification, and fabrication. Allegations are assessed according to the journal’s ethics procedures and relevant COPE guidance.
