1. Open Access
AJIST follows a gold open-access model. All accepted articles are made freely and permanently available on the journal website immediately upon publication, without subscription or pay-per-view barriers.

2. Copyright of Published Material
The journal requires authors to sign a consent declaration form, accepting responsibility for releasing the material to the publisher on behalf of all co-authors. Authors retain copyright to the content while granting the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article in various forms, including reprints, translations, photographic reproductions, microform, and electronic formats (online and offline).
3. Creative Commons Licensing
The journal is an Open Access (OA) publication, and all articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
This license permits others to read, download, copy, and share the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal. However, the work may not be modified, adapted, or used to create derivative works without prior permission. This enables wide dissemination of research while preserving the integrity of the original published work.
4. Repository Policy
Authors can freely deposit all versions of their articles (submitted, accepted, and final published) in institutional or other repositories without any embargo period. the journal is archived in the PKP Preservation Network for long-term preservation services.

The views expressed in the journal are those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Editorial Board, or the Publisher. Peer Review Process
AJIST operates a double-blind peer review process. After initial editorial screening, manuscripts that are suitable for review are normally sent to at least two independent external reviewers with relevant expertise. Final editorial decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief or delegated editors on the basis of scholarly merit, reviewer input, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal.
Post-Publication and Accountability
AJIST maintains policies for corrections, retractions, expressions of concern, withdrawals where appropriate, post-publication discussion, and the handling of complaints and appeals. These mechanisms are intended to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record and are applied in line with the journal’s ethics policy and relevant COPE guidance.
